Terms and Conditions
You can get a refund for the cost of the garment(s), or exchange an item for any reason for an alternative product, within 14 days of the original purchase (exceptions can be made for orders outside of the UK). Please email sales@organicstereo.com your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and if you require a refund or an exchange. We will then send you instructions. Items must be returned to us as new with original packaging, tags and in a saleable condition*. Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid for by you.
Age of Consent
In placing an order with Organic Stereo you are declaring that you are of the proper legal age to purchase the selected item or items. Should we discover that you are not legally entitled to be purchasing these goods, we will not be obliged to complete the transaction.
Contract Formation
Any order you make through the Organic Stereo website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.
Please note that the contract of purchase will exist between you and Stilalova Ltd.
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract for any product purchased will exist between you and Stilalova Ltd until you receive an email sent by Organic Stereo confirming that the product in question has been dispatched.
Product Warranties
Organic Stereo does not provide any warranties in relation to the goods sold on this website over and above its statutory requirement to provide goods that are fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality under the current Sale of Goods legislation.

The Organic Stereo website may feature from time to time information and content that may be offensive. Whilst all measures are taken to ensure that the material remains within the realms of good taste, we do not accept any liability for any offence caused by any text or images within these pages.
Stilalova Ltd presents the Organic Stereo website as seen, and does not guarantee that any integrated functions and materials will be without error or interruption, or that related defects will be rectified or that either the site or the server are free of viruses or bugs, neither does it represent or take responsibility for the functionality, accuracy or reliability of the materials herein.
Furthermore, Stilalova Ltd makes no and disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the Organic Stereo website and any information or content contained within this site.
Use of Organic Stereo
In connection with the use the Organic Stereo website in no event and under no circumstances will Stilalova Ltd be liable:
For business losses and/ or losses to non-consumers.
For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
For losses that were not cause by any breach on the part of the supplier.
You consent to use this website for lawful purposes only, and in manner conducted so as not to infringe the rights of, or restrict and inhibit the use and enjoyment of this website by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, any conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass, or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of offensive or obscene content or interference with the usual flow of dialogue within this website.

Links to external websites from the Organic Stereo site does not imply any endorsement of the material on these sites by Organic Stereo or any association with their owners or operators.
Unlawful Provision
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
Events beyond our control
Organic Stereo has no liability to you for the failure to deliver goods or any delay or damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstances beyond our control including without limitation, acts of gods and godesses, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, war, riots, flood, fire explosion, civil commotion or governmental actions and any other similar events.

Payment
Stilalova Ltd can only supply goods that are ordered through the www.organicstereo.com website. All payments including all shipping, handling and packing fees must be made by either credit or debit card. Organic Stereo cannot accept any other form of payment such as cheques, postal orders or cash.
Delivery Times
Stilalova Ltd aims to provide a delivery service within 3 working days of dispatch date for all orders in Great Britain and within 14 working days of dispatch date for Europe and the rest of the world. We only dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excluding all UK bank holidays). Should you not receive your order within the times specified, please allow 14 days before contacting us.
All UK orders for items held in stock placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. We dispatch all our orders by either Recorded First Class Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on weight. European and International orders are shipped via either Royal Mail International or DHL and take between 7-14 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond Stilalova Ltd’s control which cause delay and Stilalova Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DHL.
Orders over £150 are shipped free of charge (Standard Delivery).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. UK orders placed after 11am on a Thursday will be processed and dispatched on the Friday. In some circumstances Royal Mail will deliver these items on the Saturday, but this remains at the control of the postal service.
Prices
Prices are as stated on the website (in GBP Sterling) and are subject to change without any prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT (17.5%).
Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond Organic Stereo's control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.
For overseas customers in Europe and the rest of the world the VAT will be deducted accordingly at the checkout. Any import duty, customs and local taxes incurred will be paid for by the customer in full. Stilalova Ltd will always mark orders for overseas true to the content and price of what is in the package, Stilalova Ltd will not falsify or provide misleading information in order for the customer to avoid paying any import duty, customs and local taxes.
Security
All purchases are processed by SECPay on their own secured servers. SECPay is the UK’s leading bank independent processor of secure, real-time, online credit and debit card transactions. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, SECPay uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the critically sensitive details you send them over the internet including your name, address and credit card details. This encryption ensures that nobody can read the information being sent between your computer and SECPay's servers.
SSL technology not only encrypts information, it also assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct and secure computer server and it also checks the data being transferred to ensure that it has not been altered in any way. When you enter an SSL enabled area of the site you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser. This means that the information you enter here is protected.
Availability
Although we strive to make sure everything displayed on the website is in stock and available to purchase, occasionally items may have sold out. If any part of an order is unavailable the customer will be notified by telephone or email of any alternatives and/or missing items. Cards will only ever be debited for the goods that we send out.
Colours
We do our best to accurately represent the colours in the photography. However, we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) so we cannot guarantee the colours will be exactly as they appear on the website. Also, some of the products have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish which commonly have some variety in production. We will happily refund or exchange an item within the specified period as set out in returns and exchanges section, but will not constitute the above as falling into the faulty or wrong items section.
Returns and Exchanges
You can get a full refund, or exchange an item for any reason for an alternative product, within 14 days of the original purchase (exceptions can be made for orders outside of the UK). Please email sales@organicstereo.com your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and if you require a refund or an exchange. We will then send you instructions. Items must be returned to us as new with original packaging, tags and in a saleable condition*. Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid for by you.
For refunds please allow 5 – 10 working days (from the date the refund is issued) for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address.
Saleable condition* - when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please also ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product, Organic Stereo will pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods. These charges will be refunded to the card the order was initially placed with. We would also refund you in full (including initial shipping charges) should you choose against receiving an exchange for the faulty product.
We regret we can only exchange sale items within the 14-day period and NOT offer refunds.
Privacy Policy
All the information you provide to Organic Stereo including your email address and delivery address are strictly private and confidential. Credit card details are only used to process your payment and are not recorded. Stilalova Ltd acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
Right to alter Terms and Conditions
The Organic Stereo website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may change from time to time. Organic Stereo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Stilalova Ltd. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names, company names and logos featured on this website are the property of their owners. All photography remains the property of Stilalova Ltd unless otherwise stated.
